Intersoft To Roll Out Live Chat Feature To Total CRM Product
As part of our continued product development plan, a fully featured Live Chat feature will be shortly rolled out to all Total CRM product users.
The Live Chat feature will enable Total CRM clients to deploy a Live Chat Window across thier website to offer instant support for thier site visitors. An intuitive feature rich solution, users can view visitor activity live accross thier pages and respond and report through an information rich chat screen.
The Live Chat feature is a free upgrade to the already comprehensive Total CRM product, and will complete integration by July 2019.
